Journeyman Electrician

Job Duties include: Installing various sensors and devices on equipment for HVAC Controls and  Building Automation Systems, installing raceway systems to comply with project specs, low voltage cabling, control panel and component terminations, assist team with system check out and verification of installations. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Competitive compensation package includes base salary, IRA, Health Insurance, Holiday/Vacation pay, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, cell phone reimbursement.

Travel during the week out of FM area is a regular requirement. 4-10 hour days with all travel time paid. Company vehicle and credit card provided for travel expense. Wir3d services all of ND and northern MN.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Perform electrical renovations and upgrades
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations

Requirements:
- ND Journeyman Electrician license or ability to reciprocate
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in the electrical trade
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
